Classes

 

Character Classes

There are six different classes to start off with. Under each are examples of what can be included under each general class title. These classes are:

  • Warrior ~ The main combatants are Warriors.
    • Soldier
      Soldiers are professional warriors and the backbone of the Therion's Militia. These are the Lawful Warriors.
    • Mercenary
      Mercenaries are those with the skill to fight but not the allegiance of a Soldier. These are the Neutral Warriors.
    • Barbarian
      Barbarians are untrained warriors that have been forced to take up arms to defend themselves and others. These are the Chaotic Warriors.
  • Rogue ~ Deception and intrigue are the tools of a Rogue.
    • Spy
      Spies are information brokers who may or may not work with the government. These are the Lawful Rogues.
    • Bard
      Bards are chrasmatic individuals who use their voice or other skills to influance the world around them. These are the Neutral Rogues.
    • Thief
      Thieves were once unheard of, but have now become a need for certain things. These are the Chaotic Rogues.
  • Mage ~ Those who most often wield magic as a weapon are Mages.
    • Wizard
      Wizards are organized, with schools and hierarchy, in order to teach all schools of magic. These are the Lawful Mages.
    • Shaman
      Shamans are guided though magic's intricate web by spiritual guides. These are the Neutral Mages.
    • Sorcerer
      Sorcerers are those who do not have the benefit of an instructor. Magic often comes to them in bursts and is very often tied to emotions. These are the Chaotic Mages.
  • Healer ~ All Healers hold life a sacred.
    • Alchemist
      Alchemists are scientists and the makers of medicine. These are the Lawful Healers.
    • Diviner
      Diviners are healers for the mind and soul. These are the Neutral Healers.
    • Herbalist
      Herbalists are healers who have turned to nature to find cures for ailments. These are the Chaotic Healers.
  • Technician ~ Those who are able to master machines are the Technicians.
    • Pilot
      Pilots work for the Therion government most of the time as that is who actually owns and makes the vehicles. These are the Lawful Technicians.
    • Mechanic
      Mechanics are not only able to make things, they can make them better. These are the Neutral Technicians.
    • Hacker
      Hackers are the Underground's pioneers of the Neural net. These are the Chaotic Technicians.

These are in no way restrictions to one's class, but are to be used as an outline and to aid with making a character you would like to play. There is no problem having a character that would fit into one or more classes as long as you are not trying to give yourself a Prestige Class. Those listed above are simply the most common.

There are also Prestige Classes that will be available soon. They are unfortunately still under construction. As soon as they get completed, they will be announced and links to them added here.
